If the washer will drain then the lid switch and motor are most likely okay. If the water will drain but it won't agitate or spin then the motor coupler will most likely have to be replaced. The motor coupler is located between the gear case and motor. The coupler transfers power from the motor to the gear case so the unit can agitate and spin. If the coupler is broken then the motor will run but it won't be able to spin or agitate but it will still drain.
