Suvarna.G Microsoft Community. Have tried your suggestions but without success. Fujitsu-Siemens do not support 64 bit operating systems on this laptop, no help there for drivers. Have tried searching on internet and found a couple of possible drivers but everytime I delete the device then try and re-install it Windows 10 re-installs the original driver and then either tells me my new driver is not digitally signed or that a better driver is already installed.

Any ideas how I can stop Windows 10 installing the driver it thinks is correct and giving me the chance to try the drivers I have found?
