In dosbox.conf I have to change output value from ddraw to opengl for proper wind bar display. Works fine with Movies and Music with Dosbox 0.73 (2009-06-22 16:22) barbarian_brother With Dosbox 0.73 musics play fine (they already were fine with Dosbox 0.72) But the great enhancement is that cinematics are no more choppy. Works fine including in-game music (2008-08-16 14:16) mccalli Works fine including in-game music. Many tools seem to create cue files that DOSBox doesn't like - I used the free version IsoBuster under XP to get a working file. DOSBox 0.72 under OS X is the version I'm running Worms 1 under. Being on OS X, I also ran IsoBuster using a VMware image of XP - no problems there either.

100% working in dosbox 0.65(no music tho.) (2007-02-20 03:49) ObiKenobi_1 Here are the instructions for 0.65: 1.mount the cd or backup the entire cd in a directory and mount it as the cdrom drive. 2.install to hard drive 3.select automatic sound card detection, let setup choose the best soundcard(should choose gravis ultrasound) 4.
DO NOT USE dos32a, use the good old fashioned dos4gw 5 core=dynamic Pros: the game runs at full speed with very low cycles(like 8k to 10k), you can hear sfx Cons: No music during gameplay (still couldn't fix it:( ) Working in 0.65 (2006-07-21 12:27) mako Works in 0.65 except for the music. Install Worms in Dos Box, from the (mounted) CD, to get a correct setup.cfg. You can also copy all files from the CD to your harddisk, mount that directory as a CD and install from there.

Well, I have the original CD and box for Worms 2 and a CD made by Soldout. I have plenty of ways to play Worms 2. I want Worms 2 on steam for the exposure and repopulation of online play. Last I checked it was less than 50 people playing the game online. That is non-existant. I don't care much for the price. Though it should be a $5-$10 game.
Sadly if I give more money to Team17 I'd be doing a disservice to the Worms fanchise by giving them a chance to create worse and worse games. I would much prefer for them to upgrade and support Worms 2 or WA. If WA were to get the amount of customization Worms 2 has, it would be superior. At least for me.
